POSITION PURPOSE

The Business Development Officer will develop and execute a coordinated and consistent marketing strategy to enable Perfect Care to be recognised as a premier disability organisation in Australia. The incumbent will drive business growth through an integrated and influential marketing approach aligned to the Perfect Care strategy, fostering value-adding relationships with key Partners.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourcing and contacting businesses to generate new business.
  • Developing and deploying successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and enhance Perfect Care’s market position and reputation.
  • Building and strengthening stakeholder relationships and fostering partnerships with key industry contacts and organisations to further Perfect Care’s reach and influence.
  • Research prospective target markets and build brand awareness.
  • Work with management to build on Perfect Care’s branding, marketing and communication strategies and assist with initiatives.
  • Leading the review, assessment and reporting of the marketing activity effectiveness and areas that need improvement.
  • Attend conferences and industry events to build brand awareness.
  • Driving marketing through social media and other digital channels.
  • Follow Perfect Care’s policies, procedures, and relevant work instructions.
  • Any other duties as required which may include supporting the Client intake processes.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications.
  • Significant prior knowledge of NDIS Legislative Framework and Service Coordination processes.
  • Previous experience and success in a similar role within health care, disability, aged care or mental health sectors.
  • Knowledge of local regions and suburbs to assist in planning and growth strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills and use this to build meaningful and long-term relationships with clients, their representatives and key stake holders.
  • Exceptional customer service skills coupled with patience and commitment.
  • Able to develop strategy across a wide range of marketing areas.
  • A team player who can build relationships with both Perfect Care ‘s Management team as well as able to work autonomously.
  • Possess a high level of computer literacy and digital marketing skills.
  • Multitask and self-manage, deadline & outcome focus.
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to create and implement quality content.
