Perfect Care SIL accommodation houses a range of participants including both Children and Adults living with trauma, physical needs, developmental delay, ASD etc… We also specialise in psychosocial and dual diagnosis participants.
Like all Perfect Care supports, SIL uses a person-centered approach where a Participant’s goals, lifestyle and circumstances are taken into account when planning support. The Participant and their family are involved in all decision making and all supports can be customized to best suit their own needs as they change. Perfect Care respect “Choice and Control” as a key aspect of the NDIS.
Perfect Care provides real care and support with friendly carers, no matter what level of support you need. From help with daily activities, such as showering and meal preparation, to transport to appointments or just getting out and about in the community. We provide the assistance you need when you need it.
All our carers are highly trained to ensure participants get the personalised care they need. Overnight care is also available as needed. You can be assured that we take participant confidentiality very seriously. That’s why we have implemented procedures to safeguard your privacy. We also pride ourselves in only employing highly qualified staff members, trained staff to work with the young and youth with challenging behaviours. Our staff have also undergone Police checks and Working with Children checks.
We want to help participants feel safe and part of the community. When you have activities planned and need assistance, we are happy to help. We have transport options and carers that are friendly and happy to help you in your endeavours. This could be going shopping, seeing a movie, visiting a park or even playing a sport.
We understand that each Participant is different. That’s why our care is led by the participant’s choices, needs and goals. We actively promote independence in a safe and non-discriminative environment.
