Perfect care is a registered NDIS provider in the southeast of Melbourne that utilizes individualised supports to deliver participant centric supports for children, teenagers and young adults.

  • We have worked extensively with DFFH and NDIS to deliver individualised supports for young people that are neuro-affirming and embrace positive behaviour supports.
  • We have a great reputation from families and stake holders for the work and support we provide to the young people.
  • We have highly qualified staff who provide excellent engagement, mentoring and empowering the young people. 
  • We work with other professionals – Allied Health, DHHF and schools to support the young participants.

Our Youth Services

Accommodation options:

We specialise in providing accommodation with supports to meet your needs.

While awaiting for your home and living approval, you can use your Core support flexibly utilising your access to self-care funding especially if you are under 18 years of age.

We offer: –

  • Short Term Respite (STR)
  • Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)
  • Supported Independent Living (SIL)
  • Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA)

In Home Support Services: 

 Support to prepare for school, transport to school and School picks up to the family home.

 Support for after school that could include community engagement or home-based activities. 

After School and Respite:

School pick up is completed and transported to a Perfect care house for supports away from the family home with activities available that include cooking/community engagement/ sensory activities/art. 

Weekend Respite:

This includes pick up and drop off, individualized schedule of supports to ensure your stay meets your needs and interests during the respite stay.

Supported Daily Living for 24/7:

Individualized supports that include meal preparation, transport and community engagement with our direct support teams in our suitable homes.
