Perfect Care Pty Ltd was established with the primary aim of providing disability services that place participants as the first priority, creating opportunities, promoting independence, and encouraging progression in a safe and non discriminative environment.
Perfect Care is Melbourne based and is registered as: NDIS Provider; TAC Provider and WorkSafe Provider. We pride ourself on putting you first. Our direction is led by your choices, needs, and goals. We aim to create opportunities, promote independence, and support progression in a safe and inclusive environment for all our valued participants. We do this by providing individual and personalised support 24/7, 365 days a year.
We take participant confidentiality very seriously. That’s why we have implemented procedures to safeguard your privacy. We also pride ourselves in only employing highly trained staff, who have also undergone Police Checks and Working with Children checks.

- With the aim to provide you with a personalised and individualised experience. We record and monitor your goals and aspirations and work with you, using various strategies to help you achieve them.
- 24/7 support is available with a manager to answer any enquiries. Our 24/7 phone line has 2 escalation levels to ensure that we are always reachable to respond to any urgent needs or emergencies.
- We engage in regular care team meetings with your appointed professionals to plan, review and monitor your support.
- You will be treated fairly throughout your time with us and have the opportunity to choose activities that are important to you. With your help, we will continuously work to improve our services to meet your needs and goals.
