At Perfect Care, we offer medium term accommodation for NDIS Participants. If you need accommodation lasting more than two weeks (14 days) but no more than three months (90 days), medium term accommodation is ideal.
Our NDIS accommodation options are situated in the leafy outer South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This includes Clyde North, Cranbourne, Lynbrook, Narre Warren, and Noble Park. All our accomodation options are conveniently near shops, parks, and transport links. Each of our homes feature feature spacious open plan layouts with generous living areas and attractive outdoor spaces. Every home is perfect for hosting friends and family during visits.
This type of accommodation is designed to meet a participant’s disability related housing needs while they await disability related supports that will enable them to move into their long term NDIS housing solution. Examples of when NDIS Medium Term Accommodation is required includes:
Medium term accommodation provides only the housing itself and does not include meals or daily activity support. If a Participant requires meals or assistance with daily activities, these must be included separately in their NDIS plan.
All our carers are highly trained to ensure NDIS Participants receive the personalised care they need. The carer to participant ratio depends on the specific needs of our participants.
You can be assured that we take Participant confidentiality very seriously, which is why we have implemented procedures to safeguard privacy. In fact, we pride ourselves on employing only highly qualified staff members who are trained to work with young people and youth with challenging behaviours. Additionally, our staff have undergone Police Checks and Working with Children checks.
We want to make a every NDIS Particpant’s stay with us as enjoyable as possible. This means our activities are tailored to what each Participant enjoys. This could be going shopping, seeing a movie, visiting a park or even enjoying playing a sport.
For all of our Participants, privacy is a priority. That is why none of our Participants share rooms – each has their own private single room. All our NDIS accommodation options have at least five bedrooms, some with ensuites.
However, it is also important to have spacious living areas—especially if friends or family visit. That is why our NDIS accommodation options feature at least two living rooms and spacious gardens.
