Perfect Care Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation provides a range of accomodation option sfor NDIS Particpants. This includes both children andddults living with trauma, physical needs, developmental delay and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) We also specialise in providing NDIS SIL accommodation options for psychosocial and dual diagnosis Participants.
Like all the NDIS supports Perfect Care provides, SIL accommodation uses a person-centered approach where a Participant’s goals, lifestyle and circumstances are taken into account when planning support. The Participant and their family are involved in all decision making and all supports can be customised to best suit their own needs as they change. Perfect Care respect “Choice and Control” as a key aspect of the NDIS.
Our NDIS accommodation options are located in the leafy outer South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, close to shops, parks and transport. This includes the suburbs of Clyde North, Cranbourne, Lynbrook, Narre Warren and Noble Park. All our NDIS accommodation options are spacious with large living areas and great outdoor areas. These spaces are ideal for when friends or family visit.
Perfect Care provides real care and support with friendly Carers, no matter what level of support needed. From help with daily activities, such as showering and meal preparation, to transport to appointments or just getting out and about in the community. We provide the assistance you need when you need it.
All our Carers are highly trained to ensure Participants receive the personalised care they need. Overnight care is also available as needed. You can be assured that we take Participant confidentiality very seriously. That is why we have implemented procedures to safeguard your privacy.
We also pride ourselves on only employing highly qualified staff, trained to work with children and youth with challenging behaviours. Our staff have also undergone Police checks and Working with Children checks.
We want to help Participants feel safe and part of the community. When you have activities planned and need assistance, we are happy to help. We offer transport options and Carers who are friendly and eager to support you in your endeavours. This could include going shopping, seeing a movie, visiting a park, or even playing a sport.
We understand that each Participant is different. That’s why our care is led by the Participant’s choices, needs and goals. We actively promote independence in a safe and non-discriminative environment.
