Perfect Care Vehicle Fleet

Perfect Care offers a range of vehicles to transport NDIS and TAC participants to their destination. Currently, we have 5 vehicles in our fleet, including one that has a  wheelchair loader, ensuring we can accommodate the various needs of our Particpants and provide safe and comfortable transport for everyone.

NDIS Particpants Travel

For NDIS participants, common destinations we provide transport to include:

  • Medical Appointments: Visits to doctors, therapists, or other healthcare professionals.
  • Work and Education: Travel to and from places of employment, schools, colleges, or vocational training centres.
  • Community and Social Activities: Trips to social clubs, community centres, or events that promote social inclusion and participation.
  • Family and Friends Visits: Transport to help you stay connected with family and friends.
  • Shopping Centres and Cafes: Transport to supermarkets, shopping centres, and cafes.
  • Recreational Activities: Visits to parks, leisure centres, gyms, or other recreational facilities.
  • Therapy or Rehabilitation: Travel to facilities that provide ongoing therapy and rehabilitation.

 

TAC Clients Travel

For TAC clients, common destinations we provide transport to include:
 
  • Medical Appointments: Travel to and from medical appointments, such as visits to doctors, physiotherapists, specialists, or other healthcare providers.
  • Rehabilitation Services: Travel to and from rehabilitation services, including therapy sessions, hospital visits, and other treatment-related travel.
  • Return to Work or Study: Transport to support a return to work, study, or retraining programs, if necessary as part of the recovery plan.
  • Community and Social Activities: In some cases, the TAC may cover transport to attend community or social activities that are part of the individual’s rehabilitation goals, promoting social inclusion and recovery.ed as part of the recovery plan.

Nissan Dualis

The Nissan Dualis has a spacious interior and high seating position, which make getting in and out of the vehicle easier for those with limited mobility. The wide opening doors also assist with easier entry and exit, especially for passengers using mobility aids. In addition, the adjustable seating options provide extra comfort and accessibility, making travel more enoyable for passengers.

Honda Odyssey

The Honda Odyssey features a spacious interior that accommodates up to 8 passengers, making it easy to adjust seating configurations. The versatile Magic Slide seats in the second row allow for flexible access to the third row, which is beneficial for those with mobility needs. Additionally, the Odyssey includes comfort and convenience features such as tri-zone automatic climate control, power sliding doors, and a power liftgate. These features enhance accessibility and makes travel more enjoyable for passengers.

KIA Cerato

The Kia Cerato offers a spacious interior with ample legroom and headroom, making it easier for passengers to enter, exit, and move within the vehicle. The wide door openings also assist with easier entry and exit, particularly for individuals with mobility needs. The front seats are power-adjustable, allowing for precise adjustments to enhance comfort and accessibility for a more enjoyable travel experience.

Toyota HiAce - with Wheelchair Loader

The Toyota HiAce, equipped with a wheelchair loader, offers a range of features designed to enhance accessibility and comfort for passengers with mobility needs. It includes a builtin wheelchair loader with a motorised ramp and lift. The spacious interior provides ample room for both a wheelchair and passengers, with adjustable seating configurations that can be customised to meet various needs. The vehicle’s sliding side doors and low stepin height facilitate easier access, while comfort features such as air conditioning and power windows contribute to a more convenient and enjoyable travel experience.

Mitsubishi Outlander

The Mitsubishi Outlander has a spacious interior with three rows of seats, accommodating up to seven passengers, and flexible seating arrangements that can be adjusted to optimise space as needed. Additionally, the Outlander provides ample cargo space with the rear seats folded down, allowing for easy transportation of mobility equipment. The modern design features wide-opening doors and a low step-in height, facilitating easier access and a more enjoyable travel experience.
